Participants in this training session will learn to recognize symptoms of stress and practice several methods to help combat the toll that stress can have on the body and mind. Tips on how to minimize job-related stress will be discussed. Time will be set aside to practice relaxation techniques as well as network with others to share ideas and strategies. Attendees will also be making a festive centerpiece to take home with them – a $10.00 material fee to be paid at the time of the session.
Registrations Must be Made 72 hours in Advance for CPR, CPR/First Aid & Basic CPR/First Aid Classes.
