This session is brought to you by three passionate and enthusiastic Black Early Childhood Educators that hope to reflect on the significance of connections and identify biases we have as educators. We will also discuss strategies for responsive caregiving for children who may not look like you while also encouraging returning to our positions with a lens of equity for children, families and the staff you serve.
